Corbyn Management has been exposed; Trafficked labor, Fraud, Racism, are clearly happening at Corbyn LTD. Newham Locals accusation sends some smoke signal. Could there be more illegal activities as we know Corbyn Construction works with an Albanian Neo-Nazi Organization trafficking underage girls. ALMOST DEADLY DOG BITE AT CORBYN CONSTRUCTION

An update has been posted in Newham Recorder. The Police is reopening the case 2 years after an employee got mauled by a guard dog. Officer Erkut Ardic has been recommended for learning. The victim has been appealing with Forest Gate Police Station and the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) for almost a whole year. Officer Ardic allegedly said to Corbyn Management that the victim deserved being mauled by the guard dog owned by Corbyn Construction. There has been very poor execution coming from Mr Ardic for not responding in a timely fashion. After multiple complaints why did it take so long for the Police to reopen the case ?

UPDATE: Christophe the former Corbyn employee had another 9 hour spine surgery in November 2019. It was a life threatening surgery due to the severity of the dog bite incident that happened at Corbyn Construction Plant. This kind of surgery of this kind was the first ever done: removing 2 artificial discs to replace them by 2 new implants had never been done.

Christophe has been fighting for his life for almost 3 years and as far as December 2019 Corbyn Construction is still denying all responsibility.

Shady Corbyn Construction continues to take risky and dangerous short cuts to meet profits. The local Stratford concrete company has been accused by alleged employees that the company cares very little about employee safety. The company, know for hiring undocumented eastern European workers from Romania, forces these immigrant employees to work without required Personal Protection Equipment especially when the company is putting forward on its website its safety policy:

The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations state that employers must ensure that employees are “protected against the risks from cement based products.” Several Corbyn employees have reported that Corbyn does not provide these required PPE and not only breaking regulations, bosses have allowed for lapses in maintaining their cement trucks’ brakes while employees are driving them through busy downtown London streets with more than 32 tons barreling along side pedestrians and businesses. How can Corbyn Construction get a contract to renovate Wembley Stadium fostering human trafficking ?

What is even more troubling , Corbyn Construction is being contracted to renovate Wembley stadium previously used to the Olympics. One needs to ask why the Olympic Committee is supporting such an unethical company that is also accused of modern slavery and human trafficking? The core purpose of the Olympics games was created to build a peaceful and better work through educating youth through sports without discrimination. Corbyn Constuction is the antitheses of the Olympic spirit. Corbyn leadership has been accused over and over again by employees as being racist, bigoted, and slimy. It is a shame that the Olympic and the UEFA committees have allowed Corbyn to profit from the games and major football events with the English National Team that are meant to bring peace and unity.

Is a Local Stratford UK Company Fostering Fraudulent CSCS cards ?

An interesting tip came in from an anonymous reader on Corbyn’s alleged use of illegal labor using fraudulent CSCS cards.  The reader accuses Corbyn of allegedly utilizing labor from Eastern Europe countries, such as Albania.   

According to the CSCS website, applicants are suppose to apply for a CSCS card by proving they have the training and qualifications required to carry out their job and apply for a card that specifically fits their occupation. Someone that is qualified and skilled in construction would typically would be approved for a card that looks like the below sample:

The anonymous tipper alleges that the non English speaking Albanians suspiciously “pass” the rigorous testing that is offered almost every European language except for Albanian. The tipper accuses a rigging system used in the testing room and some can pay up to 20 times the cost of the card to “pass” so they can receive the CSCS card. 

If true, this is obviously a multi-level problem as you have government administered test proctors committing fraud and then you have the root issue, the demand and supply of these fraudulent laborers.  In a true free market, you would not have a supply of fraudulent laborers if there was no demand for them.  This is where Corbyn Construction LTD comes in.  Unethical construction companies seeking cheap and unskilled labor to compete and outbid in competitive lucrative construction contracts, Corbyn has been accused by this anonymous reader of allegedly “nesting” this type of illegal labor. CEOs Michael Cusack and James Molloy have been seen around undocumented Albanian workers. Corbyn management sets up the whole exploitation scheme paying between from £500 to £1000 for the CSCS card that the Albanian workers will have to pay back. This is a very common way to keep workers: Michael Cusack has allegedly threatened some of the workers directly. Undocumented workers feel trapped as their families might be at risk if they do not pay back the money Corbyn invested to bring them to London. Some workers have reported Corbyn as having ties with a Neo-nazi crime organization from Albania. Most of the construction laborers have an Albanian or Eastern European background and are willing to take on cheap wages without benefits so Corbyn can increase profits or win bids. 

This could be extremely problematic for the UK as a system that was originally developed to build a skilled work force is being undermined by unethical and illegal labor.  Workers also mentioned an anti-English sentiment. Toby one the manager on-site has been heavily talking about how Corbyn Management has so much hate towards English People and Muslims from England.

The London Mayor, Mr Kahn has been contacted to make sure he is aware of the workers’ conditions that take place at Corbyn Construction but Mr Kahn responded by saying that Human Trafficking in his own city is not his responsability and will not act.

A SAD ROAD TO SLAVERY FOR ALBANIAN WORKERS TO CORBYN CONSTRUCTION

Right after we wrote this article Corbyn’s Management added on Corbyn’s website a Modern Slavery Policy aiming to protect the company from a bad reputation..

The local firm in Gallions Reach, London, UK is allegedly hiring undocumented immigrant workers with the intention of exploiting their undocumented status for cheap wages and long illegal hours. Corbyn LTD., a Newham RC Frame contractor developed and owned by Michael Cusack and his partner James Molloy opened a restaurant and bar at their property Gallions Hotel. This site is also known for being visited by Enda Kenny, former Taoiseach of Ireland.

The restaurant, named Gallions Grill, opened in Spring of 2017. The owners, Mr. Cusack and Manager Declan Hughes, hired undocumented staff for low wages and forced the employees to work long hours with unpaid wages and inadequate and illegal housing on site.

Most of the staff were from Eastern European countries, such as Czech Republic and Albania. Most of these type of workers feel “forced to work” the long hours and exposed to hazardous conditions with no overtime pay with fear of losing any minimal compensation.

Corbyn  Construction LTD dodge culpability by paying workers in cash and no verification of employment authorization. The undocumented status leaves these workers vulnerable to employer abuse all while they profit. Examples of abuse would include housing workers on site at Corbyn LTD. in illegal filthy bug ridden warehouses. The site where workers were housed by Corbyn Ltd, would also include dangerous hazards, illegal, and safety concerns. Last year, an employee was mauled by a trained guard dog and was threatened by the management of reporting the incident to authorities.

Workers of Gallions Grill would also regularly ask for their pay slips but the owner, Mr. Cusack would avoid providing them. The impact of exploiting undocumented labor leaves behind a gap that local authorities are not doing enough to police or protect. Unauthorized workers are often timid to speak up of employer abuse and inadequate working conditions with fear of being retaliated against. More needs to be done to bring awareness of companies and owners like Corbyn LTD. so that the public can make decisions to do business with ethical and humane entities.

Corbyn Construction is currently under investigation with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and The London City Police for a case of modern slavery reported by an employee.

Alleged Racism, “Slave Labor” and Threats at Corbyn Construction LTD confirmed by former employees

Since publishing “Corbyn Construction LTD: Large Construction Contractor exploits cheap and illegal labor in UK ”,  the author has received several alleged victims that have come forward claiming abuses alleged by Irish owned construction firms in UK, such as Corbyn LTD.  The sources of these messages did not want to be identified in fear of retaliation as some are currently still employed by such construction companies.   It is noted that the claims have not been verified but the messages  were consistent in fear and disgust against the owners of such construction companies named in the “Corbyn Construction LTD: Large Construction Contractor exploits cheap and illegal labor in UK ” article.     Messages from these former and current have trickled in concurring with the opinions of the article.   Alleged former and current employees claim of racismtowards S. Asian, Muslim, and Eastern European workers.

These alleged victims have suspected their wages were routinely shorted and often worked long hours in unsafe conditions without the mandated Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).   There was even some that have suspected  widespread bribery for “pay to work” schemes in construction companies owned by Irish owners, such as Corbyn Construction LTD.

Are people willing to allow developing on the backs of modern slave labor for slick flats and modern wharfs, such as the New Union Wharf development?  It is disillusioning to hear the alleged abuses that are occurring in a supposed “modern age of technology and innovation”.  These claims, albeit unverified, are sending smoke signals of the cost of morality for the sake of modernization.  Citizens of nearby communities where these companies develop need to do some self-examination as to the ethical concerns of how they wish to construct a thriving and humane community.    It is time for businesses and consumers to evolve.  Europe is already slipping in it’s ranking for “World’s Worst Countries for Workers” index. In this 2018 index, UK was scored as a “Regular Violations of Rights” which shared the same category as some African countries (Lesotho,  Congo, and Liberia).

We are living in an age where some Presidents are declaring “Trade Wars” and uncertainties that come with Brexit are problematic for employers and laborers. The realities of Brain Drain is consequence of the declining working conditions in the UK.   If the UK wishes to compete in an age of rapid innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, we need to develop ethical and humane working standards to keep the country’s labor intact.

Corbyn CEO Michael Cusack is accused of CYBERCRIME

Corbyn Contruction LTD, has recently been accused by a former employee of attempt to illegally access his private internet accounts.  The former employee, was critically hurt on the company’s site, has been very vocal about the Company’s negligence on social media about the negligene of the Corbyn Construction.  In retaliation, the former employee had receive notices of illegal attempt to access his email accounts.  Only associates of Corbyn Construction know the email addresses of these accounts since the accounts were created to communicate with the company.  The former employee has also been working with crime authorities to conduct an investigation into the illegal access.

The former employee is not at all surprised by these type of methods by his former employer as he saw first hand how the unethical management and owners operated.
